Anything returned due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to ship overnight or via expedited shipping, please contact us before making your purchase if you need to make special time sensitive shipping arrangements. We are generally not set up for an exchange or replacement, as our items are vintage (over 20 years old) and one of a kind. If your package shows delivered via tracking but you did not receive, you may request the GPS coordinates from your post office. If the item is received damaged, you will need to provide photos of the shipping container / packing materials and the item so that the process can begin to file an insurance claim. If an item is undeliverable, refused or returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs in the original order and any penalty assessed by the postal service for processing the return to us. We cannot accept returns that have been worn or used, have perfume smells / odors or stains.

We apply a restocking fee up to 20% of the purchase price on returns kept longer than our return policies time frame or if the item is not in the original condition and/or professional dry cleaning or laundry is needed.
